Heritage dishes with influences from China are integral to the menu at 88 Noodle, represented by the signature handcrafted noodle dishes, succulent BBQ roast selection, and classic fragrant dishes from the wok. 

A theatrical open kitchen allows the chefs to take center stage, with scents of Sichuan pepper, ginger and sesame and energy of the woks being tossed delighting every sense.
